I had a great experience with Lawrenceville Floral Designs. Unfortunately one of my closest friends father passed away. And being in CA so far from her the least we could do was send our condolences with a beautiful bouquet. Not being a local from Georgia made it a bit hard to decide which florist to go with. But I'm so glad we picked Lawrenceville Floral Designs, they definitely didnt disappoint. They even sent me a photo of it before delivering it. Truly appreciate your amazing work.

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!! Because there were only a few arrangements, it was placed right beside the casket. I was admiring the beautiful arrangement before I sat down and realized that it was the one that I had ordered. The picture on your site was pretty, but in person the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you again for the detail your staff put into making sure part of my final tribute to a close friend and coworker was a beautiful one!! I truly appreciate it and will definitely refer and utilize your services again!!
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary or regional availability issues.
If this is the case with the arrangement you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Our shop has a small team of dedicated floral designers and one full-time delivery driver.
The cut off for ‘Same Day’ delivery is 1:00pm, and cannot be guaranteed for delivery at a specific time.
Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Our ability to take your "same day" order will depend on our availability & inventory.
We highly recommend placing your order at least ONE day prior to when you need your arrangements - this time allows us to ensure we have the flowers you need in stock and that they are prepared and designed to meet our high standards.
Delivery fees begin at $15 and increase based on the distance from our shop.
WHEN A RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME:
If a recipient is NOT AT HOME when we attempt a delivery, we will do one of the following:
1) Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance), if available.
2) Leave the bouquet with a neighbor, if possible.
3) Our driver will contact recipient and/or customer.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Type specific time requests into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.
We CAN NOT guarantee delivery at a specific delivery time, but will meet your request whenever we can.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Holidays and the few days prior to them are extremely busy at the shop. We highly recommend that you place any order around a holiday at least 3-7 days in advance. Our busiest holidays are Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
HOSPITAL DELIVERY
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will deliver your order accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
FUNERAL DELIVERY
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries not always available.
CANCELLATIONS
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store at 770-972-3030
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
